Fitness Training Begins


Is the season over or has it just begun? Does it ever end? We started everybody on their off-season programming almost as soon as last season ended. While we will have guided off-ice training and skates throughout the summer, setting goals to be ready for training camp is vital.





As we reach for the highest levels in women's hockey, off-ice fitness training is a priority. With the help of a team from sporttesting (sporttesting.com), coaches, players and training staff determine baseline fitness levels and establish targets and a customized training plan so each player can achieve personal fitness goals. The rest, as they say, is up to the players.





Throughout the summer, our skates and workouts will be a good check-in to ensure players keep up with their plan and hold themselves and their teammates accountable.
