Weekly sessions at Grit Athletics push our athletes to reach their potential. Training sessions utilize all areas of the facility and provide the necessary equipment to develop good technique to build strength, balance and coordination.
Players are together once each week and are provided with additional weekly workouts to complete while at home or away with family.
Our team provides athletes with the opportunities to travel, compete as multi-sport athletes and take summer school courses during the off season. Our programming is geared to provide athletes the ability to train safely during the off season while experiencing summer, to make gains and improve fitness levels for when our season starts.
